The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 27. 92 points to close at 2,010.01 points on Sunday.
Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 4. 76 points to close at 386. 90 points.
A total of 4,559,022 units of the shares of 227 companies were traded for Rs 1. 87 billion.
Meanwhile, Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Company Limited was the top gainer today with its price surging by 8. 10 percent. Likewise, Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited was the top loser with its price dropped by 7. 18 percent.
At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 2. 87 trillion.
