The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 23. 83 points to close at 1,815.13 points on Sunday. Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 3. 83 points to close at 355. 60 points. A total of 4,014,419 unit shares of 228 companies were traded for Rs 1. 07 billion.

Meanwhile, Aviyan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited was the top gainer today with its price surging by 10 percent. Likewise, Tehrathum Power Company Limited was the top loser with its price dropped by 7. 90 percent.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalisation stood at Rs 2. 60 trillion.
