The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 27. 16 points to close at 1,871.22 points on Monday. Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 5. 36 points to close at 366. 84 points. A total of 3,155,695 unit shares of 233 companies were traded for Rs 97 billion.

Meanwhile, Aviyan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited was the top gainer today with its price surging by 9. 99 percent. Likewise, Garima Debenture was the top loser with its price dropped by 8. 13 percent.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 2. 68 trillion.
