A person died while four others sustained injuries in a tractor accident at Khallachaur of Chandannath Municipality-7 in Jumla district last night.
The deceased has been identified as Jokhi Sarki (48). She breathed her last while receiving treatment at Karnali Academy of Health Sciences.
Assistant Inspector of Police Rohit Rasaili informed that the tractor (Lu 2 Ta 1115) was heading towards Talium from Airport when the incident occurred.
Debu Sarki (29), Maina Murali Sarki (35), Ranga Sarki (48) and driver Santosh Sarki (22) were injured in the incident. They are undergoing treatment at the same hospital, and are out of risk.
