The government has decided to form a high-level judicial committee to investigate arson and looting of public property during the Gen Z protests.

A Cabinet meeting held on Monday made the decision to this effect, Home and Law Minister Om Prakash Aryal said.

He said that the committee will be formed under the headship of former judge.
