Four members of the KP Sharma Oli panel, including Gokarna Raj Bista, have been elected Vice Chairs of the CPN-UML.

Prithvi Subba Gurung, Bishnu Poudel, Ram Bahadur Thapa ‘Badal’, Gokarna Raj Bista and Raghuji Pant were elected to the party’s vice chair positions.

Gurung secured the highest number of votes with 1,737, followed by Poudel with 1,675 votes, Badal with 1,516 votes, Bista with 1,368 votes, and Pant with 1,258 votes.

Although Bista won the Vice Chair post, he belongs to the Ishwor Pokharel panel, which lost the election for the party’s top leadership.
