The Supreme Court has issued an order, asking for the original file related to the decision of the Election Commission to arrest and take action against medical entrepreneur and political activist Durga Prasain.

A division bench of Justices Nahakul Subedi and Meghraj Pokharel on Monday ordered that the file, submitted by the Election Commission to the District Police Range, Kathmandu on February 16, be presented before the court. 

The court has scheduled the next hearing for Tuesday.
