RSP candidate Sushant Baidik has won the House of Representatives election in Pyuthan with 27,469 votes.

Nepali Congress candidate Govinda Raj Pokharel received 18,338 votes, while CPN-UML’s Surya Thapa got 16,410 votes.

A total of 83,636 votes were cast out of 165,406 registered voters in the district.
