The 10th international industrial exhibition is beginning in Chitwan from April 10.

The three-day expo is organized by Chitwan Chamber of Commerce.

Information about the event was shared at a press conference organized  today.

Chamber Chairman Madan Ghimire said the exhibition would help boost production and export.

The industrial and agricultural products, handicrafts, plastics and packaging are on display. Together in the exhibition are machineries and technologies applied in production and service industries.

The stalls will be managed from all seven provinces.

The industries linked to the national campaign of 'Make in Nepal' will have a significant presence.

The machinery of the National Innovation Center are equally important attractions, according to Ghimire.

It is expected that over 25,000 industrialists and entrepreneurs will participate in the expo having over 100 stalls.

The Nepali products are exported to various countries including India, Ethiopia and Sri Lanka.

The event would help international marketing of Nepali products.

The organizers further said the event would also serve as a reminder to the government for creating an atmosphere conducive to industries so that it would help foster entrepreneurship, employment and utmost use of local products.
