The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 1. 03 points to close at 2, 730. 91 points on Monday. 

Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 0. 50 points to close at 468. 05 points.

A total of 5,828,604-unit shares of 339 companies were traded for Rs 1. 55 billion.

Meanwhile, Ingwa Hydropower Limited (IHL) was the top gainer today its their price surging by 8. 42 percent.

Likewise,  NIFRA Uraj Rinpatra7%-2085/86 (NIFRAUR85/86) was the top loser as their price fell by 5. 26 percent.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 4. 65 trillion.
