Shmulik Arie Bass, Ambassador of the State of Israel to Nepal met Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation Mahabir Pun. 

The meeting included a signing of the pending agreement on ‘Culture, Education, Science and Sports’; on the need of R&D in the state budget for creation of eco-system in IT  and on the Minister’s vision of innovation centers in selected universities in Nepal.
