Nepse plunges by 26. 16 points on Tuesday

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 26. 16 points to close at 2, 770. 26 points on Tuesday. 

Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 2. 14 points to close at 467. 57 points.

A total of 14,018,920-unit shares of 349 companies were traded for Rs 1. 57 billion.

Meanwhile, Himalayan Bank Limited Bond, 2086 (HBLD86) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 4. 74 percent.

Likewise,  Corporate Development Bank Limited (CORBL) was the top loser as their price fell by 14. 99 percent.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 4. 72 trillion.
