Two persons died and 22 others were injured in a bus accident at Durgaphant Kadule in Pandini-8, Arghakhanchi on Tuesday.

Former chairman of Pandini Rural Municipality Achyut Gautam said that locals and police are carrying out rescue operations.

Preparations are underway to send the injured to the Palpa Hospital and Arghakhanchi Hospital, DSP Diwas Bahadur GC said.

The  bus (Ga 1 Dha) was heading towards Parbat from Arghakhanchi when the incident occurred, said police.
