The meeting of both houses of the Federal Parliament is being held today. 

The meeting of the House of Representatives is scheduled for 11am while the National Assembly is scheduled to meet at 1:15 pm, according to the Federal Parliament Secretariat.

The agenda for the HoR meeting includes Chair of the House of Representatives Rules of Procedure Drafting Committee Ganesh Parajuli presenting a proposal seeking consideration on the Report of the Drafting Committee. 

In addition, discussions will begin on the principles and priorities of the Appropriation bills for the fiscal year 2083/84 (except for the tax proposal), General Secretary of the Federal Parliament, Padam Prasad Pandey said.

Likewise, the National Assembly will also begin deliberations on the principles and priorities of the Appropriation bills leading to the budget estimates for the fiscal year 2083/84.
